Orders and Delivery

1. How do I know if my online order has been successful?
You should receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been placed. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1 hour of placing your order, please call our customer care line and we will be happy to help resolve the situation.
2. Can I amend or cancel my order?
Yes, you can! You can call our customer service line after your order is placed with your order number to amend or cancel your order before it is shipped.
3. How can I pay?
We currently offer pay on delivery in cash or via POS with Verve, Mastercard and Visa cards. Online payment with Verve, Mastercard and Visa cards will be activated on the website soon!
4. When I place an order, how long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
We typically deliver within 2-3 working days and the cost depends on the weight of the total items in your cart.
5. To what locations is delivery available?
We currently deliver only to locations within Lagos state but will be expanding to other states very soon.
6. Can I return my items after shipping?
If you are dissatisfied with an item in your order, you can return with the delivery dispatch rider or you can call us to schedule a return within 24 hours. After 24 hours, your item can no longer be returned.

Please note that we do not accept returns on baby food or any item not in it’s original packaging.
7. Can I gift wrap my order?
Yes, you can! Simply request gift wrap on the checkout page.
8. Which courier service handles the delivery?
We're proud to say our delivery is powered by ACE - Africa Courier Express.
9. Do you deliver on Saturdays?
We do not deliver on Saturdays at this time. But, if you really need a Saturday delivery and it's really urgent, feel free to call our customer care line and we just might be able to work something out for you.
10. What if the item I want is not in stock?
We try to ensure the products shown on the website are always in stock so we can ship them to you fast. In the rare circumstance that a product is not in stock, we will let you know as soon as possible before your other items ship.

Coupons

1. How do I redeem a coupon?
To redeem a Coupon, enter the coupon code in the Coupon box on the cart page and the discount will be applied at checkout.

Newbee is focused on offering the best selection of products for mom and her baby. We welcome additional suggestions of products and brands you would like us to carry. Just send us an email!

Account

1. Why would I want to create an account?
We send information, products and services particular to your needs and the needs of the child you have provided information for in your account. We also send deals and sales on items on the website in our newsletters.
2. I forgot my password. What do I do?
If you've forgotten your password, simply click on "Forgot Password" on the sign-in screen and follow the steps to reset your password.
3. How do I manage my address(es)?
You can edit your shipping address book by logging in and going to Your Account. In addition, during the checkout process, you will have the option to add, delete, or edit shipping addresses.

Security

1. Will you disclose my information to third parties?
We may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.

We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. These functions include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and emails, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analysing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments and providing customer services.

These companies and individuals will have access to the personal information they need to perform these functions, but they may not use it for any other purposes.
